Free Missing Beneficiary Search – Terms and Conditions

This offer is provided by Fraser and Fraser (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and is subject to the following terms and conditions.

This offer is available to practicing solicitors in the United Kingdom only.

Only one free missing beneficiary search is permitted per solicitor, address must be UK based. Multiple applications from the same solicitor, even with different client matters, will not be accepted.

This offer applied to new missing beneficiary search instructions received by Fraser and Fraser after the launch date of 10th March 2025. Searches requested prior to this date are not eligible.

The free search is limited to a single missing beneficiary search within the United Kingdom. International searches are excluded from this offer.

The free search will be conducted using our standard missing beneficiary search methodology, which may include (but is not limited to) genealogical research, public record searches, and database analysis.

We reserve the right to determine the appropriate search methods to be used.

The results of the free search will be provided to the requesting solicitor in written report.

This offer covers the cost of the initial search only. Any additional services requested, such as further research, tracing services, or legal documentation, will be subject to our standard fees, which will be quoted separately.

This offer is subject to availability and may be withdrawn or amended by Fraser and Fraser at any time without prior notice.

We cannot guarantee the success of any missing beneficiary search. The ability to locate a missing beneficiary depends on various factors, including the information provided and the availability of records.

This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or discounts.

The free search is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.

Any personal information provided to us in connection with this offer will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available here.

By submitting a request for a free search, you consent to us processing your data for the purpose of fulfilling the offer and communicating with you about the search results.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

We reserve the right to refuse a free search request if we believe that the offer is being abused or if the request is not submitted in good faith.
