Fraser and Fraser is proud to be a finalist in this year’s Scottish Empty Homes Partnership 10th Annual Conference Awards Ceremony.
The awards showcase the inspiring work of individuals and organisations who have made exemplary contributions to the field of private sector empty homes work in Scotland.
Fraser and Fraser has been nominated in the ‘Best Merchant, Contractor or Service’ category, which recognises any company or individual (e.g., builder, contractor, architect, or real estate agent) who has gone above and beyond to bring empty homes back into use.
Neil Fraser, Fraser and Fraser Partner said:
“Throughout this difficult year, it is so important to recognise those going above and beyond for the cause of empty homes.
“With a record number of empty homes brought back into use in 2020, there have been some very inspiring nominations.
“We wish all finalists the best of luck and thank our team in Scotland, Karen Johannesson and John Martin, for their dedication.”
The conference will take an online format this year, between 1-3 February 2021, and will focus on the theme of ‘Providing Homes, Helping Recovery’. The awards ceremony will take place during the conference to showcase and celebrate the work of organisations and individuals over the past year.
Fraser and Fraser business development manager Nick Beetham will join an exciting lineup of speakers, which also includes Kevin Stewart MSP, Minister for Local Government, Housing and Planning, Scottish Government.
Ticket sales are still open at the Scottish Empty Homes Partnership website.
